Everyone is invited to join us to celebrate German - American Day in the Delaware Valley. The crowning a new Cornflower Queen for the coming year is tentatively scheduled for this day. She represents the Philadelphia German - American Community at various events throughout the area and in Germany.

Ethnic and American food will be available for purchase. German bands, singers and dancers will provide entertainment throughout the day. Your entry ticket will enter you to win a free trip to Germany on US Airways, the official airline of the Steuben Day Observance Association of Philadelphia and Vicinity for 2001.

In addition, representatives from the Philadelphia Flyers Skate Zone and Philadelphia Charge will be preset at this year's event.

Proceeds of this event will benefit this year's Annual Steuben Parade to be held on September 29, 2001.
