	Grand Marshal: BRIGADIER GENERAL WESLEY E. CRAIG JR. Deputy Commanding General (Support), 28th Infantry Division (Mechanized) Pennsylvania Army National Guard Brigadier General Wesley E. Craig Jr. is the Deputy Commanding General (Support),28th Infantry Division, Pennsylvania Army National Guard. In this position, he supervises all combat support and combat service support units in the 28th Division. Brig. Gen. Craig has served in numerous deployments in Germany and other overseas locations. Brig. Gen. Craig's military awards and decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal with two oak leaf clusters, Army Commendation Medal with oak leaf cluster, Army Achievement Medal, Pennsylvania Distinguished Service Medal and the Pennsylvania Meritorious Service Medal with Silver Star.

Parade Route:

Formation will be at 20th Street & Benjamin Franklin Parkway, extending towards the Philadelphia Art Museum. The Parade will begin by marching south on 20th Street to John F. Kennedy Boulevard. Turn east onto John F. Kennedy Boulevard to 16th Street. Turn north onto 16th Street to the Benjamin Franklin Parkway. Turn northwest onto the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, towards the Philadelphia Art Museum and the Reviewing Stand at Logan Circle. The Reviewing Stand will be at Logan Circle with the end of the Parade at 22nd and the Parkway.

  • Steuben Parade Gala Banquet - The Gala Banquet will be held at the Cannstatter Volksfest-Verein and will begin at 7:00PM.

• Saturday, September 27, 2003

  • Ecumenical Service - An Ecumenical Service will be held before the parade at 10:00AM at the Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul, 19th Street and the Benjamin Franklin Parkway.

  • Oktoberfest - After the parade, the celebration will continue at the Bavarian Volksfest-Verein.

• Sunday, September 28, 2003

  • Oktoberfest - The Oktoberfest continues at the Bavarian Volksfest-Verein.

• 103rd Engineer Battalion Color Guard
• Artillery Corps Washington Grays Color Guard
• United States Marine Corps Color Guard
• West Point Cadets and Color Guard
• 389th Army Band
• Musikzug Oldendorf

From the North:

• Get onto I-95 South to Vine Street Expressway (I-676)

• Head West on I-676

• Get off I-676 at 15th Street Exit

• Go 3 blocks and make a right onto Arch Street

• Go 1 block and make half right onto Benjamin Franklin Parkway

• Proceed 1 or 2 lights and find parking space.

• Get onto I-95 North to Vine Street Expressway (I-676)

• Head West on I-676

• Get off I-676 at 15th Street Exit

• Go 3 blocks and make a right onto Arch Street

• Go 1 block and make half right onto Benjamin Franklin Parkway

• Proceed 1 or 2 lights and find parking space.

From the East:

• Get onto I-676 West

• Cross the Delaware River using the Benjamin Franklin Bridge.

• Follow signs for I-676 West

• Get off I-676 at 15th Street.

• Go 3 blocks and make a right onto Arch Street

• Go 1 block and make half right onto Benjamin Franklin Parkway

• Proceed 1 or 2 lights and find parking space.

• Get onto I-76 East (Schuylkill Expressway)

• Exit onto I-676 East (exit is from the left lane)

• Get off on the Broad Street Exit.

• Make a right onto Broad Street

• Go 3 blocks and make a right onto Arch Street

• Go 2 blocks and make half right onto Benjamin Franklin Parkway

• Proceed 1 or 2 lights and find parking space.
